Restricted Countries
Shipping is not available to locations outside the 48 continental United States. However, digital media products are available worldwide.
Restricted States
CBD and Delta-9 products are restricted to residents of South Carolina and can only be shipped within the state to those residents. Non-CBD/Delta-9 merchandise and gift cards are available for shipping throughout the 48 continental United States. Orders placed for restricted products outside South Carolina will not be processed.
CALM SPROUT reserves the right to expand or limit service areas without prior notice.
Shipping and Purchasing Restrictions
Our products are subject to the following shipping and purchasing restrictions:
- Merchandise (NON-CBD/Delta-9 products): Can be available for shipping within the United States. We do NOT ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
- Digital Media: Accessible worldwide.
- Gift Cards: Available for purchase and redemption within the United States.
- CBD and Delta-9 Products: ONLY available for residents of South Carolina and can ONLY be shipped within the state.
Shipping Policy
At CALM SPROUT, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time. To that end, we want to give you clarity and transparency regarding our shipping process.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, shipping can take up to 30 days depending on your selected shipping method and your location. We will do our best to keep you updated on your order's progress and expected delivery date.
Non-CBD/Delta-9 merchandise is available for shipping within the 48 continental United States. Digital media products are available worldwide. However, CBD and Delta-9 products are restricted to residents of South Carolina and can only be shipped within the state to those residents.
We reserve the right to update or modify shipping policies at any time to comply with legal and operational requirements.
Digital Media Purchases
Digital media products are accessible worldwide. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their devices and compliance with any local laws or regulations regarding digital content.
CALM SPROUT Subscription Program
There is currently no subscription program. When we develop one, we will update this section.
Purchase Quantity Limit Policy
At CALM SPROUT, we are committed to providing fairness and accessibility to all our customers. To ensure that as many customers as possible can enjoy our products, we enforce a purchase quantity limit. Currently, each customer may purchase no more than two (2) units of any single product per order for the time being.
